Batch-wise mixers intended to incorporate flavors and colors into the heart of high boiled sugar batches.
 
Features:

- Upper protection grid designed to prevent any contact with the mixing arms.

- Safety photocell to prevent running without the kettle in proper position.

- Automatic running triggered by the kettle positioning.
