CK.1000 - Continuous hard candy cooker
 
Vacuum cooker based on the plate heat exchanger technology, fitted with two vacuum chambers, designed to continuously perform and monitor the cooking of high boiled products and deliver perfectly vacuumized sugar batches.

Output: from 500 to 1500 kgs/h (*)
Batch size: 40 ÷ 70 kgs

Features

- Completely made of stainless steel components.

- Very high output capacity despite the low steam pressure and consumption, thanks to the high efficiency of the plate heat exchanger.

- The very fast cooking process prevents the sugar inversion process.

- Automatic control of the cooking temperature.

- A long exposure of the boiled product to vacuum, even at high output rates, is ensured by the two independent vacuum chambers.

- Enables the addition of heat sensitive ingredients (colors, flavors, milk) directly into the flash-off chamber, after the cooking stage, thus preventing their degradation.

 

 

A graphic operator interface (high resolution color monitor) enables the complete interaction with the machine. Process parameters can be displayed and edited with ease, granting the real-time performance monitoring. Each element of the machine can be independently operated from the manual commands page. Self-explaining symbols and topic-related help pages provide on-line support to the operator during any operation. Extensive diagnostics tools continuously check all elements and provide significant support in troubleshooting.
