CRUNCY CANDY LINE
Automatic processing line for the production of laminated crunchy candies.

 

 

This peculiar plant combines the most advanced technology with the skills of the traditional craftsmanship, allowing the automated manufacturing of a product which normally requires the manual intervention of high-skilled personnel.

 


ROPE SIZING AND FILLING

After the tempering stage, batches delivered by our Automatic Feeders are turned into a center-filled rope of candy by means of a standard batch roller fitted with filling pump.


COMPACTING AND JACKETING

Using an infrared-heated conveyor, our CL.20 compactor drives the filled rope inside a specially designed compactor that gently transforms the incoming rope into a sheet containing many layers of cream-filled ribbon.

The layered sheet is then covered with a thin jacket of hard candy and driven by means of an infrared-heated conveyor through a folding station, feeding our Rope Forming machine.


ROPE FORMING AND DIE FEEDING

Finally, our Rope Forming machine FL.105 processes the incoming rope and delivers it to a die forming head or any type of continuous rope or bar cutter.

The speeds of the product at every stage are perfectly synchronized to keep the process in balance with the output capacity of the rest of the plant.
