CANDY SERVOMATIC LINE
Fully automatic processing line for the production of hard, center-filled and sugarfree candies.

 

This plant includes the automatic weighing of the ingredients, the most efficient cooking technology and our decades-long expertise in the tempering and conveying of the cooked product to the forming lines, granting you a cost-effective, fully automated and trouble-free hard candies manufacturing.

 


WEIGHING AND DISSOLVING


The new computer assisted Weighing & Dissolving machine SL.2000 is designed to automatically weigh and mix liquid and granular ingredients for all kinds of confectionery.

Different ingredients are weighed and mixed every 4 to 6 minutes and discharged into the storage tank, granting an overall continuous output of up to 2000 kgs/h.

When pre-cooking is required, the SL.2000 is equipped with a steam-heated plate heat exchanger complete with automatic temperature control.



COOKING


The new continuous Vacuum Cooker CK.1000 brings the product to the cooking temperature in the most efficient and cost-effective way by means of the innovative plate heat exchanger technology.

Two independent vacuum chambers ensure a long exposure of the boiled product to the vacuum even at very high output rates.

In case of sugarfree candies the cooked product is delivered to a stainless steel continuous Cooling Drum type RCT.100TS in order to reduce the temperature and increase the consistency of the cooked product before further processing.



COLORS AND FLAVORS

Leaving the Cooker, each batch can be individually flavored and colored in our Mixers ME.70A or ME.70B.



KNEADING AND COOLING


Flavoured batches are then thoroughly kneaded, homogenized and tempered by means of the well known automatic Kneading Machines IM.70 and IM.30H.



PULLING


In case of center-filled candies, or whenever required, our Pulling Machines TZ.40 and TZ.60 can be used to reach a satin appearance and to reduce the density of the final product.

Adjustable working time and variable pulling speed allow a fine tuning of the process.



FORMING LINES FEEDING


Whatever the number of forming lines to serve, the automatic feeders LAM.70 and LN.70 turn the candy batches into regular, evenly tempered sheets, bringing them right into the batch roller.
